Brooke Carney is the Communications Director for NOAA Sea Grant. She holds masters degrees in Biology and Public Administration and has focused her career on both the internal and external communications of science-based programs at the local, state, and federal levels. Brookelives near Annapolis, Maryland with her wonderful family, who reminds her daily that internal communications is an ongoing effort.
